The 20th edition of Europe GRI 2018 will take place from 5 to 6 September 2018 at the Hotel le Collectionneur in Paris. Our law firm, represented by Pierre Popesco, partner specialised in real estate & construction law will be moderator "Future of French Real Estate - Bright, bullish or beware the bubble? " round table. It will take place on Wednesday 5th September from 14:00 to 15:15.

What are the trends and news of the real estate market?

2017 was a record year in terms of investment volumes. 1Q 2018 having been slightly calm, the second quarter was marked by a strong growth, with transactions in excess of 100 million euros. An economic growth of around 1.8%, a steadiness or gradual rise in interest rates, and an increase of foreign investors have all contributed to further investments.
