Publication of the CMS Guide on Public Procurement

Please be informed that a new publication CMS Guide on public procurement is available on our website.

Public procurement accounts on average for approximately 12% of GDP of all OECD member countries.

Therefore, the legal framework of public procurement is key to improving the dynamism of State’s economies.

The guide provides an overview of the national procurement laws in 22 States, including France, and of the changes that may be triggered by the three directives on procurement which were published on 28 March 2014. CMS public procurement specialists experienced in the respective jurisdictions present the current rules following ten identical questions.

This guide can be consulted online. We would be happy to answer any further questions you may have.
