The ESAs have written to the EC expressing their concerns with regard to the possibility of duplicating information requirements for investment funds from 1 January 2020 and have announced their intention to propose amendments to the PRIIPs Delegated Regulation in Q1 2019 following a short consultation in Q4 2018.
