EBA: Guidelines on internal governance

EBA has published these guidelines, revised from 2011, and are intended to further harmonise institutions' internal governance arrangements, processes and mechanisms across the EU, in line with new requirements in this area introduced in CRD IV. The guidelines will enter into force on 30 June 2018.
