EBA: Guidelines on significant credit risk transfer relating to Articles 243 and Article 244 of Regulation 575/2013

EBA has published its final guidelines intended to support originator institutions and competent authorities in the assessment of significant risk transfer (SRT) for securitisation transactions. These have been developed in accordance with CRR and are applicable for all transactions originated from the day of adoption of the guidelines.
