EBA: Regulatory technical standards on strong customer authentication and secure communication under PSD2

Following consultation, EBA has published its final report which includes some changes to the draft amending standards, while retaining the mandatory exemption and the extension of the frequency for the renewal of SCA from every 90 days to every 180 days proposed in the consultation. The amendments to the standards are expected to apply seven months after the publication of the amending standards in the Official Journal.
