The EC has adopted a Commission Implementing Decision determining, for a limited period of time, that the regulatory framework applicable to central counterparties in the UK of Great Britain and Northern Ireland is equivalent, in accordance with EMIR. The Decision will apply from 1 July 2022 and expire on 30 June 2025.
