ESMA: Benchmark Regulation ESG disclosure

ESMA has published the outcome of the common supervisory action on ESG disclosures under the Benchmarks Regulation which took place in 2024. It includes recommendations addressed to the EC and benchmark administrators. ESMA also considers the wider regulatory context on sustainable finance and the need to ensure consistency and compatibility of the ESG disclosure requirements across sustainable finance legislation.
