ESMA: Guidelines on settlement fails reporting under Article 7 of CSDR

The guidelines apply to competent authorities designated under Article 11 of CSDR and to CSDs as defined in Article 2(1)(1) of CSDR. They apply in relation to Article 7(1) of CSDR and Articles 14 and 39 of the regulatory technical standards on settlement discipline. The guidelines apply from the date of entry into force of the regulatory technical standards on settlement discipline.
