ESMA has published this MiFIR-related consultation paper. In addition to the specific topics listed, the paper provides clarifications on the application of the relevant MiFiD II requirements requested by market participants during earlier consultations but could not be addressed by the final technical standards due to the level of detail of such requests. ESMA notes that it may need to add further clarifications to this guidance as new issues raised by stakeholders arise. Responses are required by 23 March 2016
