ESMA: Technical advice on the impact of inducements and costs and charges disclosure requirements under MiFID II

ESMA has published its technical advice to the EC on inducements and costs and charges disclosures under MiFID II. It sets out a number of suggestions for the EC, including proposals relating to the inducement regime which are intended to improve clients’ understanding of inducements.
