European Parliament: ELTIF Regulation

The European Parliament has published its report on proposed amendments to the Regulation with regard to s the scope of eligible assets and investments, the portfolio composition and persification requirements, the borrowing of cash and other fund rules and requirements pertaining to the authorisation, investment policies and operating conditions of European long-term investment funds.
