IOSCO’s consultation provides detailed guidance to support greater and more consistent use of anti-dilution liquidity management tools by responsible entities for open-ended funds in normal and stressed market conditions. It is noted that this should be read in conjunction with FSB’s consultation concerning structural vulnerabilities from liquidity mismatch in open-ended funds. Responses are required by 4 September 2023.
