Giacomo Cavasola joined the firm in 2011.
He is part of the Corporate department, providing assistance to Italian and foreign companies in matters related to, among other things, acquisitions, mergers, demergers, joint ventures and the negotiation and drafting of shareholder and trade agreements. He also deals with the management of corporations, commercial contracts and the drafting of legal opinions.
Giacomo has acquired significant experience in the national litigation field and provides ongoing litigation assistance to a number of the firm’s clients.
