Lorenzo Bocedi began his collaboration with the Firm in 2006 in the Milan office. He is a member of the Corporate M&A and Competition & EU Law departments as Counsel. 

He concentrates in mergers and acquisitions assisting primarily multinational companies that invest in the Italian market. Lorenzo has also gained considerable experience in assisting insurance companies for the preparation of W&I policies in acquisition transactions.

Lorenzo has also developed extensive experience in the field of national and EU antitrust law. He assists Italian and multinational companies for cartels cases, communications regarding the concentration of undertakings to the Italian Antitrust Authority (AGCM) and on all aspects linked to distribution in the domestic and EU markets. He regularly organizes compliance programs and trainings on antitrust matters.
