One month before the 31 October deadline set by the CSSF, it is definitely time to update the offering documentation of the regulated Article 8 and Article 9 funds and comply with Level 2 SFDR. We would like to brief you on the key elements to consider before submitting the updated fund documents to the CSSF, in a 15 minutes-long webinar.

We will namely speak about:

  • the mandatory templates;
  • the taxonomy-related disclosures;
  • the principal adverse impact disclosures;
  • the accelerated procedure with the SFDR confirmation letters.
