LISI & CMS, in partnership with Innpact, Accelerating Impact and the LISI co-creation community, invite you to join this event, bringing together practitioners from across the impact investing ecosystem to explore how fund models can be redesigned to better embed impact and how to remove legal barriers associated with impact fund design.
Grounded in insights from the Funds Impact Term Sheet (Funds ITS) market survey, the session will offer a comprehensive overview of how impact funds are currently structured in the market, highlighting key trends, gaps, and opportunities.
Participants will then engage in a co-creation session using the Funds Impact Term Sheet - a collaborative, open-source term sheet model for anchoring impact when designing a fund. Through interactive discussions, participants will provide feedback on concepts from the Funds Impact Term Sheet.
The event also invites a broader reflection on how open, co-created legal frameworks can help reduce market friction and ultimately increase the flow of capital towards impact.
