Corporate Strategy

This Group also has an extensive experience in advising companies for their intra-group transactions such as creation of branches or subsidiaries, transfer of assets and branches of activities, cash pooling, shareholders’ loans, management agreement, corporate aspects of refinancing, stock option plans, issue of securities (such as warrants, options and convertible bonds,…).

At last, we assist shareholders and directors in insolvency or related corporate restructurings (through mergers, splitting, “Chapter 11” procedures, liquidation…).

Lawyers in the group deal with all these matters through their specific competences in corporate, tax, labor, banking or commercial law. They combine these various skills in order to offer the client a full range of services together with a coherent approach.
