CMS Luxembourg has provided Luxembourg corporate law advice to DigitalBridge in relation to its acquisition, together with L&G and TD Asset Management, of VodafoneZiggo’s passive mobile tower infrastructure business. The transaction contemplates combining that business with Belgium Tower Partners, DigitalBridge’s existing tower platform in Belgium.
The proposed combination would bring together more than 6,600 sites in Belgium and the Netherlands. With VodafoneZiggo and Telenet as key customers, the resulting independent platform is intended to support mobile network development across both markets, including continued 5G deployment and network expansion.
Completion is targeted for early 2027, subject to receipt of the required regulatory approvals and satisfaction of the other applicable closing conditions.
