CMS Luxembourg is pleased to announce the promotion of 26 professionals, reflecting the firm’s continued growth and strong commitment to talent development. These promotions take place in a particularly significant year, as CMS Luxembourg celebrates its 15th anniversary in the Grand Duchy, marking an important milestone in the firm’s history and its long-term presence in the Luxembourg market and its continued expansion alongside its clients.

This year’s promotions notably include six appointments to Counsel, further strengthening the firm’s ability to provide senior‑level expertise and personalised support to its clients while reinforcing its commitment to high‑quality service across all practice areas. In addition, 10 lawyers and 10 professionals across business support functions have been recognised for their essential contribution to the firm’s operations and strategic development.

CMS Luxembourg also highlights the promotions of Aurélie Marcassoli to Director of Human Resources and Thierry Delvigne to IT Director. These appointments reflect the growing strategic importance placed on our support departments, which actively contribute to the firm’s development, performance, and long‑term sustainability, in service of both our teams and our clients.

“This is a particularly meaningful year for CMS Luxembourg. As we celebrate 15 years in the Luxembourg market and continue to grow our team beyond 100 professionals, these promotions are a clear reflection of the talent, dedication and entrepreneurial spirit that drive our firm forward. Our continued growth is driven by our people, and these promotions reflect our long-term commitment to developing talent and building a sustainable, forward-looking firm,” says Vivian Walry, Managing Partner of CMS Luxembourg.

With a team now comprising over 100 professionals, these promotions not only recognise individual achievements but also serve as a clear indicator of the consolidation and sustained growth of CMS Luxembourg as it continues to strengthen its position in the market.

CMS Luxembourg congratulates all promoted professionals and wishes them every success in their new roles.
