Alexandre is a Counsel in CMS Luxembourg Corporate M&A practice.
He advises clients (including private equity funds, real estate funds, international companies and listed companies) in connection with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, corporate finance, transactional business law and day-to-day corporate housekeeping of Luxembourg companies.
Prior to joining CMS Luxembourg, Alexandre gained valuable professional experience in a major Luxembourg law firm as well as a renowned London based international law firm.
Alexandre is an active member of the Luxembourg Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (LPEA) and serves on the Young Private Equity Leaders Committee.
He has been admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2018.
