Aurélia is a Counsel in CMS Luxembourg Investment Funds practice.

She specialises in the structuring and setting up of regulated (SIF, SICAR, UCI Part II) and unregulated (RAIF, unregulated partnerships) alternative investment funds.

Aurélia advises both local and international clients on the regulatory, corporate and organisational aspects of the structuring, setting up and ongoing operations of investment funds with a specific focus on AIF.

Before joining the Investment Funds practice, she started working in the Corporate and M&A department at CMS Luxembourg where she has gained a strong experience in corporate transactions and structuring options.

She is a fully qualified lawyer admitted to the Luxembourg Bar since 2016.
