Céline is a Senior Associate in CMS Luxembourg Investment Funds practice.
She advises clients in connection with the structuring, setting up, financing, organisation, reorganisation and day-to-day management of Luxembourg corporations and partnership structures as well as various types of alternative investment funds. She is also well‑versed in limited partner negotiations and routinely assists both limited partners and shareholders in their entry into investment funds.
Before joining CMS Luxembourg in 2022, Céline worked for international law firms where she advised both domestic and international clients on various legal matters relating to alternative investment structures.
She has been admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2019.
