Georgios is a Managing Associate in CMS Luxembourg Investment Funds practice.
He intervenes on the set-up of Luxembourg alternative investment funds including all related matters such draft and review fund legal documentation. He also assists with the set-up of regulated and unregulated securisation vehicles and has experience in security tokenisation projects with FinTech companies and start-ups.
He also advises clients on the structuring and issuance of listed and non-listed financial instruments such as equity securities, green or social bonds.
Prior to joining CMS Luxembourg, he has worked for two years in an investment bank.
Georgios has been admitted to the Athens Bar Association and Luxembourg Bar Association in 2021.
