Hélène is a Counsel in the Dispute Resolution and Real Estate practices of CMS Luxembourg.
With nearly a decade of experience in civil and commercial litigation, she brings in-depth expertise across key sectors such as real estate, construction and insurance. She advises clients on complex disputes, including pre-litigation strategy, and is particularly recognised for her skills in drafting and negotiation of real estate-related contracts.
Prior to joining CMS Luxembourg in 2025, Hélène was working in leading law firms in Luxembourg.
She was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2016.
