Johen Djied is a Managing Associate in CMS Tax practice.
Johen advises a wide range of national and international clients on VAT and direct taxation aspects of financial and commercial transactions. This includes drafting legal opinions and due diligence reports, assisting clients in their interactions with the Luxembourg tax authorities and preparing tax returns.
He also assists other teams, such as our corporate, commercial and investment funds departments, on tax-related matters.
