Leslie has substantial experience in employment advisory and litigation, spanning the full lifecycle of the employment relationship. She works both on dispute prevention and on defence before national courts, with recognized expertise in employment contracts, disciplinary procedures, internal investigations, restructurings, international mobility, regulatory compliance, and HR governance. Her approach is pragmatic and risk-focused, anticipating disputes and serving domestic and international clients.

At the core of her practice, Leslie advises employers on complex employment topics, including drafting and negotiating employment agreements; tailoring sensitive clauses (confidentiality, non-compete, variable remuneration, remote work); conducting disciplinary and dismissal procedures; auditing and securing internal policies (code of conduct, harassment, health and safety); and leading internal investigations in coordination with compliance and audit functions. She also advises on compliance with Luxembourg and EU employment regulations, manages labor relations, and prepares cases for labor courts. In litigation, Leslie represents clients before labor courts, with a strong focus on pre-litigation strategy and amicable dispute resolution.

Complementing her employment focus, Leslie handles commercial and civil disputes, including contract law, professional liability, and banking and finance compliance where these issues intersect with employment relationships or directors’ obligations. She designs and implements dispute-prevention strategies, manages complex matters, and represents clients before national courts at all stages of proceedings.

Leslie has been admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2019.
