Morgane Vander Borght is an associate of the Corporate M&A practice at CMS Luxembourg.

She supports clients on corporate law matters and assists with the preparation and management of corporate documentation.

Prior to joining CMS Luxembourg, Morgane gained solid experience in Luxembourg within international law firms.
