Pierre is a Senior Associate in CMS Luxembourg Tax practice. He advises a wide range of national and international clients on VAT and direct taxation aspects of financial and commercial transactions. This includes drafting legal opinions and due diligence reports, assisting clients in their interactions with the Luxembourg tax authorities and preparing tax returns.
He also assists other teams, such as our corporate and commercial departments, on tax-related matters.
