Rafé is an Associate in CMS Luxembourg Investment Funds practice.
He specialises in the set-up of Luxembourg alternative investment funds and securitisation vehicles, including drafting and reviewing all related legal documentation.
Rafé holds a Master’s Degree in Law and Finance from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor’s Degree in European Law from the Maastricht University. Before joining CMS Luxembourg in 2025, Rafé did an internship in the restructurings, funds and venture debt division of the European Investment Bank.
