Stéphane has developed significant experience in working for a wide range of clients from investment management companies to financial institutions on the legal set-up and management of various investment fund vehicles.
He assists on all types of alternative investment funds and other similar vehicles (SIF, SICAR, RAIF, securitisation vehicles, etc.). His activities include the structuring of complex structures (the set-up of the legal entity, draft of the issuing documentation, and any related side-letter agreements) as well as the assistance with respect to the management of such structures (amendments of the investment policy, regulatory compliance, etc.) and he also gets regularly involved in complex fund financing schemes.
Stéphane is a fully qualified lawyer admitted to the Luxembourg Bar.
