New procedure of administrative dissolution without liquidation
The law dated 28 October 2022 creating a mechanism of administrative dissolution without liquidation will enter into force on 1st February 2023.
This procedure will only apply to commercial companies, with no assets nor employees, in breach of criminal law, the commercial code, the laws on commercial companies and business licence.
The mechanism of administrative dissolution aims to reduce the length and costs of the proceedings required to eliminate "empty shells".
