A look back at "La Matinée CMSocial" held on January 29, 2026.
At the Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo, La Matinée CMSocial brought together numerous professionals for a review of social news in Monaco.
Hosted by Sophie Marquet and Robin Svara, partners in our firm's social practice group, the conference provided an opportunity to address the topics that are currently driving the field.
On the agenda:
- A highly anticipated focus on the arrival of contractual termination in Monegasque law, the terms of its implementation, and the opportunities and risks associated with it;
- An overview of social case law in 2025 with a clear analysis of the major decisions of the year, in particular: the particularly impactful decision of the Court of Review on the applicability of the national collective agreement, and that of the Supreme Court on the dismissal of a protected employee.
Practical, insightful discussions on legislative and case law developments that are more than ever at the heart of social strategies.
