Sophia Bernardi is a Senior Associate in the Employment team.

She advises and assists a variety of employers, such as private individuals and companies/groups of companies in different sectors, on various employment law matters.

With regard to litigation, Sophia has developed a significative practice in areas such as working conditions, overtime, harassment, dismissal and professional elections/union representation.

As part of her consulting practice, Sophia advises on individual relations matters, including their international dimensions. She also assists employers with their legal obligations towards their employees, particularly regarding personal data, collective relations, and safety at work.

Before joining the firm in 2018, Sophia worked for two years in another law firm.
