| La Comisión Reguladora de Energía (la “CRE”) publicó los acuerdos A/168/2024 y A/169/2024, ambos el 29 de enero de 2025 en el Diario Oficial de la Federación, los cuales permiten regularizar los permisos de expendio público de petrolíferos en estaciones de servicio para aquellos permisionarios que hayan incumplido en notificar a la CRE cambios de marca comercial y/o productos autorizados en los títulos de permiso y las modificaciones o actualizaciones de la estructura accionaria de los permisionarios, respectivamente. | The Energy Regulatory Commission (the ‘Commission’) published the official notices A/168/2024 and A/169/2024, both on 29 January 2025 in the Official Federal Gazette, which allow those permit holders the regularization of the energy permits granted to sell oil refined products in service stations when have failed to notify the CRE of their changes in the commercial brand and/or products originally authorized and amendments or updates on their shareholding structure, respectively. |
| El acuerdo A/168/2024 permite regularizar a los permisionarios de estaciones de servicio que han llevado a cabo cambios de marca comercial y/o productos a expender sin haber realizado el trámite correspondiente y sin contar con la autorización de la CRE. Dicho acuerdo amplía el plazo para regularizar dichas acciones del 17 de diciembre de 2024 al 17 de marzo de 2025. | The notice A/168/2024 sets forth the possibility to regularize the permit holders of service stations who have carried out changes in their commercial brand and/or products when have failed to file the corresponding procedure and with no authorization issued by CRE thereon. This notice grants an extension to regularize those circumstances from December 17, 2024 to March 17, 2025. |
| El acuerdo A/169/2024 permita regularizar a los permisionarios que realizaron un cambio de en su estructura accionario sin haber realizado el trámite correspondiente. Dicho acuerdo amplía la vigencia para regularizar dichas acciones del 17 de diciembre de 2024 al 17 de marzo de 2025. | The official notice A/169/2024 sets forth the possibility to regularize the permit holders of service stations who have amended their shareholding structure without conducting the applicable administrative filing. This notice grants an extension to regularize those circumstances from December 17, 2024 to March 17, 2025. |
