On Wednesday 25 November the Netherlands Construction Institute (NIB) will be organizing the 5th National Conference PPS in construction and infrastructure.
CMS Derks Star Busmann is knowledge partner at this conference. During the parallel sessions, Hein van der Meer and Petra Heemskerk will be discussing the legal aspects of PPS in greater depth.
PPS is increasingly regarded as a serious option for new building developments. In nonresidential building, area development and infrastructure, this form of cooperation is becoming more accepted. PPS is no longer merely for the Directorate- General for Public Works and Water Management and the Government Buildings Agency. An increasing number of provinces and municipalities opt for PPS, and with it the transparency and efficiency of the building process.
