This is the third AI Act deep dive in our webinar series designed to provide you with comprehensive insights into the interaction between intellectual property (IP) law and artificial intelligence (AI), particularly generative AI models such as ChatGPT and Stable Diffusion.
We will discuss critical topics such as:
- Can AI-generated creations be protected by intellectual property rights?
- Who owns the IP rights to AI-generated creations?
- Can an AI user's output infringe IP rights?
Additionally, we will explore strategies for optimising AI for IP and we will touch upon the question whether it is allowed to use copyright-protected works for AI training.
Why you should participate?
Joining the session will allow you to equip yourself with the knowledge to understand and translate IP & AI requirements to workable processes and avoid potential pitfalls. You will also have the opportunity to ask specific questions to our experts directly.
