Tips for drafting employment contracts in Bulgaria.

It's 6.00 in the morning and your CEO is asking you to prepare an employment contract. Urgently. Don't panic - we can help.

We would like to invite you to a new series of employment webinars. This time we will focus on accurate contract drafting and will give you some useful hints and tips on how to prepare legally sound and commercially feasible employment contracts.

The series will cover 15 jurisdictions, starting with the United Kingdom on 15 October 2013 and followed by: Bulgaria, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Poland, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Germany, the Netherlands, Russia, Hungary, Switzerland, Belgium, and France. The webinars will be led by CMS experts from the relevant jurisdictions who have comprehensive legal knowledge and strong commercial awareness of the local labour market. Each session will last 45 minutes and will cover one jurisdiction. The webinars will be held in English. Participants will have an opportunity to ask questions in writing during the webinar. Participation is free of charge.

We encourage you to sign up for the jurisdictions that are of interest to you. In order to join a webinar you will need access to a computer. You will, of course, receive detailed instructions upon registration.
