In the era of globalisation, cross-border restructurings are more and more common, and neglecting HR issues may lead to serious problems. This is why our CMS Employment experts are here to give you practical guidance on issues such as collective dismissals, reducing remuneration costs and outsourcing projects.
This series covers 23 countries and will be led by CMS experts from the relevant jurisdictions.
Each session lasts 45 minutes and covers one jurisdiction. All webinars are held in English. Participation is free of charge.
