Expert meeting on Construction and Development
On Wednesday 24 June 2009 the Real Estate practice group will be organizing the expert meeting on Construction & Development at its offices in Utrecht.
The expert meeting on Construction & Development is a recurring event that is intended for company lawyers working for property developers, building firms and government bodies.
Current subjects will be discussed from a range of expert viewpoints. The subjects that will be dealt with during the meetings are interrelated and ultimately provide you with a complete picture of problems and opportunities relating to the legal aspects of Construction & Development.
During this first expert meeting, Petra Heemskerk, Frank Leyendeckers and Arno Moret will consider in depth some topical issues to do with area development, spatial planning and building law.
