Arno Moret is a advocaat in our CMS Real Estate & Construction Practice Area Group. Arno practices construction law, with particular expertise in complex construction arbitration.
Arno works for governments and other public bodies, developers, contractors, sub-contractors, professionals, banks and financial institutions on a wide variety of different projects. He has extensive experience in large (re)development projects.
Arno regularly publishes articles on construction law and is often a speaker at seminars, both in-house and elsewhere. Arno has practiced as a lawyer since 1994 and has been with CMS since 1998.
