CMS advises Kadans on a green financing for "The Bridge" at Utrecht Science Park
CMS has successfully advised Kadans on a Green Term Facility Agreement with Rabobank for the development and refinancing of "The Bridge", a landmark property located at Utrecht Science Park, the Netherlands.
The facility will finance the redevelopment of the existing buildings on the site into a state-of-the-art BREEAM Excellent multitenant laboratory and office building, with Utrecht University as the tenant. We are pleased to again have assisted Kadans in its mission to deliver high-quality, sustainable science and innovation real estate in the Netherlands.
The CMS team was led by Etiënne Courbois and further comprised of Mathijs van der Veen and Ya-line Moes.
