Aan de Stegge develops a distribution centre in Almere and sells via forward funding structure to German investor Union

On 18 and 19 June, the lease agreement, the land purchase agreement, the turnkey sales agreement and the deeds of delivery were successively signed for the new distribution centre of 33,000 m2 of bagging specialist Dimensio from Almere.

Aan de Stegge
The municipality of Almere has issued the land to Bouwbedrijf Aan de Stegge, which is developing/realising the building. In turn, Aan de Stegge has at the same time handed over the land position to German investor Union, which will use it to finance the construction. Aan de Stegge will be delivered the building turnkey to Union and Dimensio for a transaction sum of Eur 50 million. Dimensio will rent the building for 15 years by means of a so-called triple net rent.

CMS Team
CMS supervised the entire process and drew up all the aforementioned agreements and negotiated them on behalf of Aan de Stegge. The delivery of the land has also been arranged by the notary firm of CMS. This transaction was designed entirely in Corona time.
