Fieke van Berkel–van der Meer is a member of the Real Estate & Construction Practice group of our firm in Amsterdam.
She specialises in project development, property transactions and lease law. Fieke advises amongst others on drafting (turnkey) purchase agreements, lease agreements and property law structures. She advises investors, retailers, property developers and governmental authorities.
Fieke has been with CMS since 2014 and previously worked as a court clerk at the District Court in ‘s-Hertogenbosch. During her career at CMS, Fieke has worked as legal counsel at a client of CMS, being a leading investment manager.
