CMS advises Aviva Investors on the acquisition of an office building in the historic canal district of Amsterdam. The building is a monument located at Keizersgracht 119-121 and is completely refurbished in 2019. The property of approx. 2000 sq. m. is fully let, and the transaction value was approx. EUR 25 million.
