Jenny Noordermeer is a member of the Banking & Finance group of our firm in Amsterdam.

She is active in the following sectors: Real Estate, Hotels & Leisure and Energy. She advises on a wide variety of financing transactions, including Real Estate Finance, Acquisition Finance, Development Finance and Project Finance. Clients include national and international financial institutions, financial sponsors as well as companies, whom she advises in both domestic and cross-border transactions.
