CMS has advised Cocagne Holding on the sale of Hotel Pullman Eindhoven Cocagne to Van der Valk. The 'Hotel Cocagne' is centrally located in Eindhoven and is a well-known landmark in the region. With this acquisition, Van der Valk expands its presence in the Eindhoven area to three locations.
The CMS team was led by Roman Tarlavski and further comprised Dena Mokhberolsafa, Maarten Feenstra, Niels de Vries, Martijn van der Bie, and Ymke van Loon.
