CMS advises Garden Capital Group on the acquisition of Hotel Corona in The Hague

CMS has advised investment company Garden Capital Group on the acquisition of the operation of Hotel Corona from the Gassler family. Hotel Corona is the oldest hotel in The Hague. It was founded in 1783 and, after being owned by the Heineken family since 1939, was sold to the Gassler family in 1993.
The CMS team was led by Roman Tarlavski (Corporate) and consisted of Marcellina Rietvelt (Corporate), Marita van der Werff, Edith Timmer and Lars Benders (Real Estate), Fleur van Assendelft de Coningh and Merel Kroneman (Employment & Pensions), Herman Boersen and Puck Wilmink (Tax).
