CMS has advised MM Packaging GmbH on the sale of all shares in MM Packaging Leeuwarden B.V. by MM Packaging & Securing Solutions Limited to Grenadier Packaging Limited. MM Packaging is a leading global developer and producer of innovative, sustainable packaging solutions for a wide range of industries including pharmaceuticals, food & beverages, and personal care.
The CMS team was led by Pieter van Duijvenvoorde and further comprised Carola de Bruijn, Tijl Poen, Elisabeth von Meijenfeldt and Thomas Span.
