CMS advises Natsu Foods on its acquisition of Qizini

CMS Netherlands and Germany have advised Natsu Foods, a German company operating in the food industry, on its acquisition of all shares in the capital of Qizini from Parcom and the management.

Natsu Foods is one of the leading players in the German sushi food industry. Natsu Foods provides its products to approximately 2,500 supermarkets in Germany. The company also produces wraps, sandwiches, (hot) meals and sauces. Qizini was founded in 2010 after the merger between Greencore Convenience Foods and Johma Sandwiches. Qizini is one of the main suppliers of sandwiches, salads and wraps to caterers, gas stations, supermarkets, convenience outlets and airlines in the Benelux, Germany and France.

The CMS Netherlands team was headed by Herman van Aerts and Roman Tarlavski. The CMS Germany team was headed by Jürgen Frodermann. The CMS Netherlands team further comprised Fleur van Assendelft de Coningh, Sanne Machiels, Anastasia Chistyakova, Rogier de Vrey, Simon Sanders, Dena Mokhberolsafa, Jan van Vulpen, Abbas Ali Hyder, Claudia van der Schoot, Nienke van Renssen and Hilde Haentjens.
